Wholesale Terms of Service

• Minimum order total: $200 for initial and reorders. 
• MOQ varies by product. See item descriptions. 
• Select your production time at checkout when selecting your shipping preferences. Your ship date will be reflective of the processing time you selected.
  
• If you'd like to pay by check or wire transfer, simply send us an email of the requested items and quantities as well as the desired production time and we will accommodate your request.
• Payment Terms: Email & In-Person Orders Please note that payment is due at the time of ordering and the order will not be finalized until payment is collected. Net30 may be extended to established wholesale partners at our discretion. 
• Returns:All wholesale orders are final. Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos. Handmade variations are not considered defects.

Custom orders: Fill out the form to get the process started!

• $50 design fee per item designed. This fee is added after the product design has been finalized. Please note that one round of feedback is included per design.
• Please allow 2 weeks to receive initial design. After receiving your initial design, you will have one week to provide feedback on the design before proceeding. Please allow an additional week for the design to be updated after providing feedback. From idea to product in hand, please allow for 8 weeks minimum.
